COVID-19 Remote Deposition Options:
To help alleviate stress and frustration of lost work time during the COVID-19 outbreak, I’ve added remote video conferencing as a feature for holding depositions. Each participant can be in a separate location and access the meeting on a computer, tablet or phone. I will set up the meeting and invite participants via email to join the meeting. You have the option of attending via camera or disabling the camera. As an additional feature, there will be a closed captioning option available for participants to receive a live real-time feed simultaneously from my computer via a chat box in the corner. I’m using Zoom as my platform for this service.
If you prefer to only attend by phone, I can arrange conference calls as well.

- PDF full-sized and condensed transcripts with attached indexes. PDF files mirror the printed transcript. Easy to use in Adobe software.
- ASCII files – Benefits: Compatible with and able to be uploaded to any legal case management software. However, it is not the best format for printing the transcripts. (available upon request)
- PTX format – Each user must download the E-transcript Viewer software PTX Viewer Download. Option to print transcripts in full-sized and condensed versions. However, this format is not compatible with Mac computers.
- Exhibits scanned and emailed with every transcript. (hard copy provided upon request)
- PTX and PDF files emailed with every transcript.
